very nice hospitality special staff great location
the staff delivered service beyond expectations! most five-star hotels do not compare. natalia and maria provided very nice hospitality. the location suited exploring the city sites and shops.
the bathroom was not clean, and the toilet flush did not work well! i had to request a room change.
